    Quick Biography:
   

Tom has been a resident of Middleton since 1984 and has been active in community ever since.  His wife Connie is a Speech and Language Pathologist within the Middleton and Cross Plains Area School District.  They have two children, Chelsea and Chase, who keep them busy with attending sporting and music events.  Tom is currently a member of The Middleton Optimist Club, The Middleton Chamber of Commerce, and many athletic groups.
