I’ve chosen to be a Zimbrick Car Sales Associate, and I love what I do! I know my products, and have spent a lot of time training, getting to know them. For the last 5 years, I have been proud to be a part of Volkswagen’s certified professional program, or ‘Sales Guild.’

At Zimbrick I am part of a team of professionals. The sale is not the most important part of the process to me – the follow-up is also important, as is placing my customer into a vehicle that matches their lifestyle, needs, and budget. I generally take Friday and Sundays off, but you can find me in the showroom during Zimbrick’s regular operating hours.

1. Look for someone who is honest, reliable, and trustworthy – think ‘Boy Scout’ oath! Having a referral from a friend or family member will really help you on this one.

2. Make sure they have received training and have extensive knowledge about their products – often signified by plaques or certificates.

3. Look for a reputable dealership that encourages customer follow-up, and that has a clean and efficient service department to help you after the sale.
     
    Quick Biography:
   
I was born and raised in Wisconsin, and have lived in Middleton for the past 28 years. Prior to working for Zimbrick, I worked for Reebok International, traveling, WI through TX, and CO through PA. My customers ranged from specialty stores, to department stores, to Mom and Pop establishments. I even found a place in Kansas City, MO that is basically a hardware store – but one of the sons opened a successful women’s boutique in the upper floor!

In the time that I’ve lived in Middleton, I’ve purchased more than 20 cars from Zimbrick, and experienced all aspects of purchasing and owning a car from this company. I look forward to sharing my experience with you, and helping you find a car that matches your lifestyle.
