Tips for seeking a Real Estate Consultant:
 

1. Do you work full-time as a Realtor? Ask for a resume of homes sold in the past year. It is important that the Realtor is constantly involved in the market because the market is constantly changing.

2. Can the Realtor provide Free Buyer and/or Seller consultations to help educate the client on the process, fees, and responsibilities of both parties.

3. What other resources can the Realtor provide throughout the transaction and after closing that will benefit the client? Be sure there is an understanding of expectations between you and your Realtor.
